This report is the Environmental,Social and Governance (ESG) Report of Shandong Zhonglu Oceanic Fisheries Co.,Ld.hereinafter
referred to as Zhonglu Oceanic"),which is the inaugural ESG report from Zhonglu Oceanic,covering the 2023 financial year.It is
based on the principles of objectivity standardisation,transparency and comprehensiveness and provides detailed information on
the company's environmental protection,ocialresponsibility and corporate governance activities in FY2023.It also addresses the
expectations and concerns of stakeholders

The report covers the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023, with some sections backdated and extended for
continuity of information
